Please contact us immediately and keep the damaged sign and all original packaging. Send photographs of the damaged sign, shipping carton, shipping label, and any visible package damage so we can file a claim with the carrier. The carrier may require an inspection or return of the damaged item. Once we receive the required documentation, we will arrange for a replacement sign to be produced.

Colorplast signs include a metal H-stand for installation in the ground. Aluminum signs do not include mounting hardware or predrilled mounting holes. Customers may drill the required holes using appropriate tools or have a hardware store or sign installer assist them. Compatible mounting poles, stakes, and hardware are available at most home-improvement stores.
